Michele Pace joined Integral in August 1996. Prior to joining the firm, Michele was employed for more than twenty years by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce/Wood Gundy, the second largest bank in Canada. From 1989 to 1996, she was Managing Director of Technology for the Financial Products division, which encompasses all the Bank's derivatives financial products. Prior to this, Michele ran the Bank's Retail and Corporate Banking Mainframe Systems which were responsible for 24 x 7 operational support.
